stm32中添加了machine.ADC类

micropython近日添加了machine.ADC 类，同时在ESP8266/ESP32/nrf移植版的ADC中添加了read_u16()函数。

• esp32/machine_adc: Add ADC.read_u16() method
• nrf/machine/adc: Add ADC.read_u16() method

这可以看成是将更多底层相关模块移植到machine中，通用性更好。
