以前有些小容量flash（256K）的固件，没有打开内部文件系统，不能创建和复制文件。具体的没有仔细研究。

最简单复制文件，就用thonny或者mu的文件功能，通过串口直接复制到芯片的文件系统，不需要特别移植。

• COM请替换为实际串口号
• -f 代表文件操作
• infile 代表PC上的文件
• outfile 代表复制到板子的文件，outfile冒号前需要有空格
